1. Services

I provide neuromarketing services, meaning marketing strategies informed by behavioural science and psychology. This does not involve lab-based research (such as EEG or fMRI) but rather practical, insight-driven marketing support grounded in how people think, decide, and behave.

Services may include:

• Messaging and copywriting

• Content strategy

• Website or funnel audits

• Creative direction

• Strategy sessions

• Digital products (such as guides, ebooks)

All services are delivered remotely and tailored to each client.

2. Academic Background

I hold a BSc in Neuroscience and an MSc in Marketing, which provide the foundation for my work. However, all advice and content are offered as strategic marketing support and not medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice.

3. Scope of Services

Work will be carried out based on agreed deliverables. Any requests outside of this scope (such as additional revisions, new projects, or extra sessions) will be billed separately at my standard rate.

4. Communication and Timelines

Projects will be delivered within agreed timelines provided that the client supplies all required materials, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays from the client may extend delivery schedules.

Communication will take place primarily via email and scheduled online calls.

5. Payments & Pricing

Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to 5% VAT in accordance with UAE law.

Invoices will be issued for all services and product sales.

Digital product purchases (such as ebooks, guides) are processed at checkout and are

non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

For Services:

• Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

• If cancelled before work begins, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted to cover preparation time.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

• Missed or late strategy sessions (without notice) may not be rescheduled or refunded.

For Digital Products:

• Due to their nature, all ebook and PDF sales are final.

• Products are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

• If you experience technical issues accessing a file, please contact me for support.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content I create for you (copy, strategy documents, etc.) becomes your property after full payment.

I retain the right to reference anonymised, non-confidential parts of the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

My templates, methods, and digital products remain my intellectual property and may not be resold, copied, or published without permission.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared with me, including business documents, client data, and private communications, is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed or sold.

9. Liability

All services and advice are provided to the best of my professional ability, based on training, experience, and available information. However, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as sales, revenue, or conversion rates), as results depend on many factors beyond my control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction. You may specify Dubai courts or binding arbitration if preferred.
